Question: What’s the #1 trait for being a successful Undercover FBI Agent and Having Violent Criminals Believe You Are One Of them?
You will be riveted as you tune into this episode of Dov Baron’s Full Monty Leadership Show (previously The Accidental Guru Show). My guest this week spent 24 years in the FBI and most of it undercover bringing down criminal organizations and even turning spies into double agents.
Ex FBI agent LaRae Quy says that being authentic while she was out in the field literally saved her life.
When you watch those TV Crime shows, particularly the ones where an agent is “undercover” do you ever wonder if that’s what it’s really like? Well in this show you will really find out.
You may be wondering why would I bring on a guest who’s speaking about being undercover when this is a show that is seen as one of the premium leadership radio shows…
Well, let me let you in on a little secret:
In my many years of working with and mentoring these very high level leaders, one of the most common things I hear from them is, that despite their obvious success and stature, they often feel like a fraud.
However, they are called upon to hold a vision of themselves and of their organization that may be very different than how they feel on the inside.
In many ways many of the top leaders are undercover, in that they feel that they must hide their real selves… their authentic selves.
This show will take you on a journey that will show you a side of leadership you may have never considered… including looking at the laws that punish victims and what you can do about it.
This is just a small sampling of where this great interview goes.
Make sure you share this with your friends and tune in on Thursday January 10 @10:AM (Pac) 1:PM (EST)
Why? Because you are a leader!
